Unsigned Vintage Necklaces

Fabulous necklaces don't have to be signed to be wonderful! Many of the best pieces of jewelry are unsigned, and who cares WHAT something says or doesn't say if it is a gorgeous piece.

All DeLizza & Elster pieces that are verified designs are on their own page - this page MAY contain unverified D&E, as well as unverified Haskell. All crystal bead styles will also be found in their own section of the site, as will Victorian/Deco/Nouveau styles be found in theirs. You will also find interesting beaded necklaces on pg. 4 of the copper/silver/beads/plastic/wood/misc. section.

Description: Rhinestone Set/Flower Star Choker Necklace - Whether you see a star or a flower when you look at this design, it is a very pretty piece, with each on of the 29 star links containing 6 paste set clear rhinestones, for a total of 174 stones. This articulates beautifully and is especially nice if you have short hair or are wearing your hair up off of your neck, because the design goes around the entire necklace. Foldover rhinestone set clasp, silvertone setting, 14 1/2" x 1/2". Excellent condition.

Item: UN13-1001

Price: $39.50 US

••••

Description: Cross Pendant Necklace with Multi Jeweltone Rhinestones - Rhinestone colors of capri, emerald, amethyst, siam, topaz, and smoked topaz are prong/multi-prong set into this cross, I count a total of 54 stones! Cross itself, including bail, measures almost 4" x 2 1/4", twist chain is 22.5" x 3.5mm, spring ring clasp. Excellent quality and condition. This is probably a DeLizza and Elster (Juliana) piece, as it uses the scrolled hearts component so frequently used in their pieces.

Item: UN13-1005

Price: $59.50 US

Description: Enameled Metal Floral and Rhinestone Necklace -This kind of 1940's primitive look reminds me of some Haskell designs but I am in no way incinuating that this is a Haskell piece. It is simply a great statement necklace, using 5 florals with brown enameled petals, a dentelle cut topaz colored rhinestone, multi-prong set, green enamel accent leaves, and a goldtone heavier style chain with foldover clasp. Foldover clasp shows plate wear (see photo) but the rest of the chain is in good shape. Enamel on florals is very good with just a few miniscule dings and a little edge wear. Green leaves show more wear but are still good (leaves are actually silvertone!). I believe this is mid-40's based on the fact that while the topaz rhinestones are fancy cut, they feel like the plastic stones used when glass stones were no longer available. 15 3/4" length, center flower is 1 1/2" at widest point. Great funky piece.

Description: Jonquil Yellow Shoebutton Pendant Necklace with Black Enameled Leaves - Occasionally I see these attributed as early Trifari (kTf), but while this is similar to a patented Trifari design, it is not the same, just an "of the time" copy with enough changes to avoid patent infringement. Seven light yellow cabochons are centered with clear rhinestones, with more tiny rhinestones in the surrounding metal frame, and topped with two silvertone leaves that have been enameled black whilst leaving the veins bare so they can be seen. Silvertone chain is about 18", pendant portion is 2" x 1 1/2". This is approximately 75 years old, and the rhinestones in the surrounding metal have various amounts of greying as would be expected of a piece of this age. Other than that I see no problems. Unusual color combination.

Item: UN13-985

Price: $39.50 US

••••

Description: Scalloped Link Necklace in Light Sapphire Blue Rhinestones - Fourteen curved links make this necklace fit nicely if you have a small (approx. 13 1/2") neck. Each link has four light blue rhinestones, centered with a slightly more intense blue square that is set at an angle to the link. Silvertone, probably rhodium plate, with a rhinestone set foldover clasp. Excellent condition. If you have a foldover clasp extender or two you could probably make this fit a larger neck.

Item: UN13-986

Price: $45.00 US

••••

Description: Antiqued Silvertone Floral Necklace with Jonquil, Aqua and Dark Blue Rhinestones - Lovely floral motif has paste set rounds and marquises in light yellow, aqua and dark blue rhinestones. This adjusts up to 17" and is about 1" at widest point center front. Excellent condition, unusual color combination. The side chain is also not a common one, at first I thought it was perhaps a replacement chain, but I have seen the exact same necklace in multi pastel/goldtone, and this is the same chain and same tail weight.

Item: UN13-984

Price: $65.00 US

••••

Description: Aurora Borealis Rhinestone and Bead Three Strand Necklace - This necklace has it all - a graduating rhinestone and bead dangling center, a fancy rhinestone set push-in clasp, and a triple chain of a center aurora borealis bead chain between two goldtone ropetwist mesh strands. The beads are 6 sided barrels, with goldtone crimp bead spacers. Tiny details show that this was a better than average quality piece, and it is in excellent condition, with only slight wear to the goldtone ropetwist on a few spots at the back. About 19", center drop is 2 1/2" dead center. Great price!

Item: UN5-970

Price: $39.50 US

••••

Description: Haskellesque Asymmetrical Pendant Necklace - Double filigree, wired-on roses montees, baroque and seed glass pearls, two styles of chain - sounds like Haskell, but put this in the "not sure" pile. Push in clasp has a single glass pearl cab top (not a typical Haskell clasp). Necklace is 16", pendant is almost 2" (round section is 1 1/4" in diameter). Excellent condition and very pretty.

Item: UN8-954

Price: $95.00 US

••••

Description: Long Aqua/Opaque Pink/Glass Pearl Necklace - This will remain a mystery but my hunch is that this is unsigned Haskell. This came to me with no clasp (endless strand), though there was a point at which the colors repeated instead of alternating, leading me to assume the clasp had been removed (and I have replaced with a thumbless spring ring clasp.) The original pearls were all 11mm baroque pearls in a dark cream, unfortunately all the pearlesence had fallen off, so it was my task to replace all of them, which I had to do with a regular glass pearl rather than baroques as they are not to be found in that size/color. Each station uses a brass "gothic" endcap that is set will clear rhinestones, certainly not the average endcap. Approximately 30" long and in excellent restored condition. Gorgeous colors, nice quality, this should last for many years to come.

Item: UN1-948

Price: $79.50 US

••••

Description: Peking Glass Locket Necklace - Victorian revival pieces became very popular in the late 1930's and early 1940's, thanks to "costume drama" movies such as Gone with the Wind, Juarez, Jezebel, Pride and Prejudice, Little Women, etc., etc. This piece uses a mottled green glass stone on both the locket and at the clasp, with the locket and chain also set with small glass pearls (much of the pearl essence has worn off of these). Raised design on front of locket; back has a floral pattern. Inside of locket shows no wear, I don't believe it was ever used. Heavy chain has nice patina, 16", push in clasp. Locket is 1 3/4" x 1 1/4". Other than the wear to the pearls I see no issues. Great piece.

Item: UN2-947

Price: $52.50 US

••••

Description: Brown Cabochon and Brown and Jonquil Rhinestone Fringe Necklace - What sets this necklace apart from being just a run of the mill colored rhinestone piece is the use of cabochons. The setting is brass, which has darkened from time to give almost a japanned effect that really sets these stones off. Adjustable to 15" and about 7/8" wide at the cabochons. Very good condition. Pretty any time of year.

Item: UN11-922

Price: $39.50 US

••••

Description: Three Strand Glass Pearl and Rhinestone Dog Collar Marked Japan - Nice quality glass pearls in a pinky-taupe color are strung into a triple strand dog collar necklace with rhinestone set spacer bars at the center. Adjustable hook and chain closusre; hook is ornately embossed and says JAPAN on the top side (see picture); all findings are silvertone. Excellent condition, no scrapes to the pearls, rhinestones are "white". A little bit of metal corrosion on the end of the tail (see picture) but wires could be replaced if that bothered you. Extends to 15" maximum, about 3/4" wide.

Item: UN5-902

Price: $47.50 US

••••

Description: Triple Strand Chocolate Glass Pearl Dog Collar with Center Medallion - Nice quality glass pearls in dark brown are strung in triple rows on either side of a center medallion that is set with more brown pearls, gilt leaves and smaller brown pearls twisted around a single clear roses montee. Hook and chain adjustable clasp, all findings are brass colored. Adjustable to 15" maximum, center is slightly over 1" in diameter and is about 1/2" deep. Some findings show patina, a few pearls on the strands show wear from rub points, one or two of the large pearls on the medallion show coating cracking, but nothing that is visible when worn. An unusual color for this type of piece, and the center medallion is very pretty, with lots of components and hand work.

Description: Beautiful Blue Aurora Borealis Necklace - Kind of a fringe design with pear shaped stones attached to rhinestone chain at regular intervals all around the front, alternating with three rows of rhinestone chain. Single chain at side ends in hook and chain clasp that doesn't look original to the piece ( I am guessing the original owner needed more length, probably not difficult to convert back to original length if desired). All stones prong set, all in excellent condition other than the non-original chain and a little AB coating wear to a few of the pears. Extends to 18", 3/4" wide, silvertone setting, added chain is brass.

Description: Lovely Deep Blue and Clear Rhinestone Fringe Necklace - Dark blue rhinestone squares alternate with dark blue baguettes around the front of this necklace, all interspersed with clear rhinestones and hanging from a clear rhinestone chain. Silvertone, adjustable hook and tail goes up to 16", 3/4" at widest points. Front is in excellent condition, backside is very good but shows minimal wear where this would have been in contact with skin. In the classic tradition of sapphires and diamonds, this is very pretty on.

Item: UN9-907

Description: Clear Crystal Beads and Aurora Borealis Rhinestones Bib Necklace - Is this DeLizza and Elster? I'm not sure, but it has the same look. Unusual bell shaped crystal beads are surrounded by aurora borealis rhinestones, in a pyramidal design making up a gorgeous bib. Hook and tail closure, all set in goldtone. 15", bib drops 3" at center front. (Pam Wiggins shows a different color version of this necklace in the latest edition of Warman's Jewelry). Excellent condition, you'll love it!

Item: UN11-885

Price: $139.50 US

••••

Description: Pink and Clear Rhinestone Medallion Style Necklace - Attention getting piece with rose pink marquises accented with loads of clear rhinestones. This has almost a 1930's feel to it, with kind of a deco-ish side chain on either side of the medallion. Back finishes with silvertone rolo chain, spring ring clasp (I am assuming this is original). Potmetal type setting, 16". Center medallion is 1 3/4" in diameter, sides are about 5/8" wide on the stone set portion. Excellent condition, teeny chip off the end of one navette that is not seen when worn (please see closeup.)

Description: Top Quality Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Necklace - Set in goldtone, this features emerald cuts and rounds in different sizes, both regular and multi prong set. Nice weight, riveted construction, and so sparkly that I could not get a really good picture of this. Adjustable hook and tail, goes to 17 1/2", a little over 1 1/4" at widest point (center front). The cost of the stones in this piece justifies the price alone. Excellent condition.

Description: Unsigned Jonne/House of Schrager Black Necklace - Obviously I don't believe this is Haskell, but it certainly was made by someone going for that look. While these use double filigree and some of the same/similar components used by Haskell - seed beads, roses montees, faceted metal beads between crystal beads, and seed pearls, the clasp is not a Haskell clasp, and I am not aware of Haskell using the metal branches found on this piece. However, the "horseshoe" and rosette type centerpiece, the metal leaves, and general design all shout Jonne to me; I have seen a pair of marked Jonne earrings that would appear to be the match for this necklace. Necklace has adjustable hook closure (and the hook is heavier than those normally found), and would fit up to 15", and could easily be extended. Center piece falls 2", and is about 1 1/2" wide. Original stringing. Rosette shows just a bit of verdigris on the wiring, otherwise excellent condition.

Item: UN8-882

Price: $179.50 US

Description: Fringe Necklace with Sabrina Beads and Lavender and Aqua Rhinestones - Adjustable floral motif necklace has all prong set rhinestones, with small stones set in a floral pattern that alternate with larger lavender rhinestones, and have muted lavender enamel leaves, from which hang sabrina (blue and purple mix) soft facet beads in clusters of three hanging from each link. Back chain continues the lavender and aqua alternating rhinestones, 16", finishes with a rhinestone set hook and a large lavender rhinestone at the end of the hang chain. Riveted construction. Goldtone setting, much prettier in person, and in excellent condition. Simply lovely.

••••

Description: Clear Rhinestone Chain Criss-Cross Necklace - Flattering 1950's look features 5 rows of clear rhinestones soldered into a criss-cross pattern that gives the effect of a very sparkly lariat. Because it has a rhinestone set hook and tail, this can be adjusted from 18" - 20"., with the dangling portion falling an additional 2 1/4". 3/4" wide, silvertone, this is in very good vintage condition with mild aging to a few of the stones.

Item: UN10-852

Price: $69.50 US

••••

Description: Grape Motif Pendant Necklace with Glass Pearls/Rhinestones - This looks like Coro but no markings. Pendant is made of large 9mm glass no-hole pearls that have turned a beautiful shade of dark cream with time. Grape leaf is rhinestone set. Silvertone, pendant measures 2 3/8" x 1 3/4"; chain is not original, and is contemporary but seems to go nicely with the pendant. Chain is adjustable from 17" to a little over 20". Excellent condition, pearls are unscuffed.

Item: UN9-851

Price: $29.50 US

••••

Description: Ornate Clear Rhinestone Necklace with Rhinestone Overwires - This is a three row rhinestone necklace with the inner row using 4mm stones, the middle row 6mm stones, and the outer row 8mm stones. In between the rows overwired sections with two teardrop shaped castings, each containing two small round rhinestones. Adjustable necklace extends to a maximum of 15 1/2", with the non-hook side terminating with a prong set rhinestone. The rest of the stones in this piece are paste set, width of necklace is a little over 3/4". The rhinestone design goes around most of the necklace with only about 6" of chain. The rhinestone overwires give this a kind of lacy, romantic feel, making this an excellent choice for a wedding or holiday occasion when you might be wearing velvet. Excellent condition, nice weight.

Description: Bogoff Style Clear Rhinestone Necklace - Link style necklace with 16 triangular links set with a sparkling 6mm dentelle, with small rounds on either side and a slightly larger round at the point. Ends are the usual hook and rhinestone set tail, ending with a huge dentelle at the end that Bogoff would have used. Oddly, the back of the huge ending dentelle, where the signature is usually found, is open backed. The necklace extends to a maximum length of 17". All stones are paste set, with the triangular links being 7/16" at the widest point. Silvertone setting, excellent condition, lovely piece.

Item: UN9-846

Price: $79.50 US

••••

Description: Black Diamond and Clear Rhinestone Necklace - While I am sure this isn't a Bogoff piece, whoever manufactured it was certainly going for that look. Black diamond octagonal rhinestones are surmounted with gently curved clear rhinestone set lines, and a single clear rhinestone between each black diamond stone. Each black diamond stone is on a separate link so that this has a lot of flexibility and lays well. Black diamond design goes most of the way around, with an adjustable clear rhinestone hook and tail on either side, with the tail ending with a black diamond rhinestone baguette. Silvertone plating, adjustable up to about 15 1/4", 1/2" wide. Excellent condition with just a bit of yellowing on some of the clear stones.

Description: Goldtone Sawtooth Necklace with Dangling Beads - Okay, what to call this - it's not mesh, but similar, with goldtone pseudo stones linked with jump rings into a v'd or triangular pattern, all connected at the top with a fine goldtone chain. I added the onyx dangling beads years ago, you may wish to replace with something else or just wear without dangles; you could conceivably hang something from every ring along the bottom edge if you wanted to! Hook closure, about 16" (you could easily add an extension), and 1 3/4" at widest points without the dangles. Excellent condition, fun piece.

Item: UN1-833

Price: $52.50 US

Description: Triple Chain Pendant Necklace in Olivine, Hyacinth and Smokey Topaz Rhinestones - This uses traditional autumn colors in a very wearable and contemporary looking design, but is probably from the 1960's. Pendant is suspended from the middle chain and measures 2" x 1 7/8". Shortest chain is about 24", longest around 38". Each chain is slightly different, using a rollo, a double rope and a double rollo, all goldtone and a very nice weight, with the pendant (middle) chain being the heaviest. Foldover clasp, all excellent condition. Looks like some Pakula pieces I have seen but not marked. If you need a long pendant this will be your go-to piece! Great price.

Description: Chalk White and Clear Rhinestone Bib Style Necklace - A pretty mix of opaque white beads and cabochon rounds, with clear rhinestones and a single opaque white diamond-shaped cabochon at the center front. Silvertone setting and silvertone beads keep the larger white beads in place. Adjustable up to 15 1/4", rhinestone set hook, slightly over 1 3/4" drop at center front. Excellent condition. Very pretty with a tan or dark complexion.

Description: Asymmetrical Necklace with Squared Snakechain in Goldtone - Very retro looking, with a bolo feel but without the moving center. Front strands graduate from left to right, with the longest being 4 1/8" and the shortest being 1 3/4". Adjustable hook closure, up to 16 1/2". Center domed piece is 1" in diameter. All the snake chains are squared. Excellent condition, extremely smooth feel to the snake chains, very nice weight. Very nice quality, you won't be disappointed.

Description: Black and Clear Rhinestone Necklace - All prong set stones, with all black stone "chain" section from which hangs clear rhinestone festoon and a black and clear rhinestone centerpiece, with a larger center oval black stone. Rhinestone set hook, adjustable to about 16", center is about 1". Black never seems to go out of style, and this is subtle enough that you could wear it in the daytime if you so desired. Excellent price point, excellent condition.

Description: Haskellesque Necklace in Aqua/Gold/Cream/Pink - I am not certain that this is a Haskell piece, but whatever company that made it was certainly going for that same look. Pendant portion is done with mottled aqua colored beads, roses montees, baroque glass pearls, what appear to be genuine pieces of shell, and small pink and opaque turquoise beads, handwired to two metal pieces, which are attached to a double filigree. Double strand beaded chains are done in gold and cream baroque glass pearls, mottled aqua beads, rhinestone rondelles, and faceted brass spacer beads. Adjustable hook and tail closure, with each side of the brass terminals having small glass pearls handwired into a floral shape. Pendant is 1 3/4" x 1 1/2", and 3/4" deep. Maximum adjustable length is about 15". This came to me with the metal faceted spacers being verdigried, so I took the strand apart, soaked the spacers, and restrung on silk. Some of the pearls are worn on the ends where they rub on the metallic spacers, and the two pearls on the extension are in poor shape, but for this type of piece this is in marvelous restored condition. If you need extra length it would be possible to add some pearls to the extension chain.

Description: Gilt, Rhinestone and Black Enamel Necklace - Charming 1930's-1940's necklace done in a style similar to Trifari, with deco circles alternating with floral and foliate motif links. Black enameling outlines the non-circular links. Back of the necklace done with embossed link chain, ending in a spring-ring clasp. Uniformly aged clears are set in gilded base metal. 16", center front is about 1 1/4". Excellent condition, with black enameling having been re-touched. Delicate, romantic look.

Description: Light Emerald Cabochon Moonglow, Enamel and Rhinestone Necklace - Almost certainly unsigned Coro, this is done in an unusual green, with dark green enameling around some of the lower rhinestones. Silvertone potmetal setting, with rolo chain back and floral motif slip clasp that is quite charming. Front section is made up of 5 links, put together in a curve, so this piece was a little harder to measure accurately, but about 17 1/2". All rhinestones are there and appear to be original. Excellent condtion.

Description: Victorian Revival Pendant Necklace with Aqua/Pearls - Thanks to Gone with the Wind and other mid-19th century costume drama movies, romantic looking pieces like these became popular during the 1940's. From the heavy 16" chain is suspended a pendant with a bail, done in aqua colored round rhinestones and small light cream glass rhinestones. Pendant/bail measures 2" x 1 1/2". There is a little color variation in the aqua rhinestones due to aging, and if this bothers you they could be replaced, but I have left it original as I personally don't find it distracting. Pendant/bail is goldtone, chain is less shiny and more brassy looking, but I don't feel that this is a replacement chain. You will find earrings in the unsigned earrings section that would coordinate nicely with this piece.

Description: Quality Multi Topaz/Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Necklace -This is the kind of rhinestone necklace that wasn't common "back in the day" and is even less so now. Golden topaz rhinestones are used for both the chain and the larger accent rounds, with smokey topaz rhinestone marquises and a central large pear providing the color focus, with crescent moon shaped cast pieces set with aurora borealis stones to complete the design. Adjustable hook closure, about 15" fully extended. Center dangle falls about 1 5/8". Excellent condition, goldtone setting. Extremely sparkly in person, originally a higher end piece.

Wearable length is about 17", with the rhinestone set portion about 2" x 1". I can see no condition issues on this piece.

Description: Brown Lucite Victorian Revival Necklace with Topaz Rhinestones and Small Glass Pearls - Got a scoop-necked top that needs a necklace with brown? This intriguing circa 1940's piece has three unusual brown lucite "cabochons" in antique looking settings, with two topaz colored rhinestones at N-S on each link and small glass pearls at E-W on the center link, W on the left link and E on the right link. Antiqued brass setting with double link chains and a fairly elaborate foldover clasp. Necklace measures approximately 17". One link on the necklace seems to be frozen and may be a factory flaw, but is almost undetectable when worn. Nice weight, great piece.

All stones are prong set. Chains finish with heavy "S" hook, other side has substantial tail "weight" on end. Adjustable to about 18 1/2". Excellent condition, designer quality without the name. Description: Unusual Aqua Moonstone/Rhinestone Bib Necklace - As a longtime collector of faux moonstone pieces, this is the only one I have ever seen with aqua faux moonstones. This is a very wearable piece, with just enough aqua rhinestones for a little sparkle, and oval cabochons for a little more casual feel. About 1 3/8" at the wide points, this has been modified by the previous owner to accomodate a 17 1/2" neck (without the added chain this would fit about a 14 1/2" neck.) The additional chain could easily be removed but I am leaving this conversion as is for those who need the additional length or like it to drape down longer than a choker length, unless you would like me to remove it. Excellent condition, all stones are very sparkly and all the cabochons are unchipped.

Description: Haskellesque Black Diamond Crystal and Cream Glass Pearl Necklace - While I don't believe this is Haskell, it certainly looks like someone was trying to emulate her style - Jonne? Robert? DeMario? Eugene? Czech crystal beads in grey are held in place by rhinestone headpins, and interwoven with rhinestone balls, pave set cast metal pieces and cream colored round pearls also held by rhinestone headpins. This forms a kind of floral design with one going up and one going down. All appears to be handwired to a double filigree finding. Chain portion is a double row, one of grey crystal and one of cream glass pearls. Adjustable dog collar will accomodate up to a 15 1/2" neck. Pearls along the strand are worn, particularly at the back of the neck where they would have rubbed, but the wear is pretty difficult to see unless you are closer than 6". Pearls in the centerpiece are in pretty good shape except for the back of the top one, where it would have rubbed. The underside of the rhinestone headpins show a little verdigris. Still, in very good original vintage condition for this type of piece. I saw the matching bracelet on a well known website a few years ago, which sold for well over $200.

Description: Light and Dark Topaz Glass and Glass Baroque Pearl Bib Necklace - Fabulous, impressive piece. Unfoiled glass elongated octagons are set in ribbed goldtone frames, and alternate light and dark topaz. Suspended from pval baroque pearls at the top and almost cube shaped baroque pearls hang from the bottom, held in place by goldtone endcaps. From the adjustable tail in back hangs a double-sided starfish. This looks somewhat like Haskell but the hook isn't Haskell type (maybe a replacement?) and the starfish doesn't look like any Haskell components I have seen. Pearls at upper part of necklace are quite worn; bottom pearls show wear, also, but not as much. Very slight verdigris on a couple of the endcaps. Otherwise, I can find no fault with the glass or metal pieces, and all seems to be there. Bib portion is 9" long and 3" wide; adjustable to fit up to a 14" neck and could be made longer, I believe, if desired.

Closure is a button thru a loop, with the hand sewing decorated, both inside and out, with more green sequins (only Haskell seems to have done this type of labor, using components in places both seen and unseen.) Wood beads are held in place with small fluted brass endcaps on both top and bottom. Silk cord is the type used by Haskell. Originally this had 13 rather than 12 dangles; one was damaged when I received it so I removed it. Other than some wear darkening on the silk cord I see no other issues. 16" when clasped.

Description: Black and Clear Rhinestone Dog Collar Necklace - This 1950's piece features square black glass bordered with clear rhinestones, and three rows of rhinestone chain connecting the 9 square "stations" that go almost around the entire necklace. Foldover clasp, 14" including clasp, 5/8" wide. A few clear stones were missing but you will have difficulty finding them. Very good condition with slight uniform darkening of the clears, which is not noticeable because of the contrast with the black stones.

Description: Two Strand Necklace with Frosted White and Aurora Borealis Beads - This looks for all the world like Vendome but no signature. Oblong frosted glass also has some white "splatter" patterns on them; these alternate with crystal aurora borealis beads and triangular goldtone beads that look like crimp beads on steroids. Adjustable, longer strand is about 16" plus a 3" tail. Goldtone on terminals is somewhat worn but otherwise excellent shape. Nice with black, white, or pastels.

Description: Possible DeLizza & Elster Aqua Cab Necklace - While I have not had this verified, this necklace has traits that D&E uses and strikes me as 1970's or 1980's production. Pendant style necklace uses 3 filigree balls, skinny aqua navettes, two sizes of aqua rounds and regular marquises, and aqua opaque oval cabochons. Dangling tassle is made up of 7 strands of chain, and fit thru a link like some of the ones used in D&E bracelets. Chain is about 30".

Description: New Old Stock Pendant Necklaces - Vintage Glass - Very "moderne" looking pendants with vintage glass. Olive green and topaz necklace use inverted "v" setting, while yellow-blue bi-colored piece uses the same frame without the "v". Chains are contemporary, 16" goldtone chains. Glass pieces are 1" x 1". The bi-color necklace would look nice with the Sarah Coventry "Versaille" set, which uses the same type of center stone and did NOT ever come with a matching necklace. Priced individually.

Description: LONG 55" Candy Bead Necklace - Lots of possibilities here, whether you want to wear as a single, double or even a triple strand necklace, or even possibly winding it around your wrist multiple times for a bracelet. Aqua and pink glass "candy" beads alternate and are separated by black seed beads. The candy beads appear to be a rectangular "wound" bead (lampworked) that has airy stripes of white. Components are well worth the price.

Description: Tan Givre, Colorado Topaz AB Crystal and Seed Bead Multi Strand Necklace - Absolutely fabulous necklace 8 strand necklace with ornamental push-in clasp. Creamy seed beads with just a hint of yellow give an airyness to this by separating the larger bead stations. Just shy of 15", this will fit like a choker on most people. This would look particularly elegant on someone with a long neck and a simple, back from the face hairstyle.

Description: Japanned Pendant Necklace with Black Rhinestones - While black-on-black may not sound very exciting, this piece sparkles in a subtle, elegant way. Beautiful against white, cream, or any pastel. Chain is about 28", foldover clasp may not be original but works, however it is unnecessary as this slips easily over the head. Square pendant is 3 dimensional and double sided, so no matter which side is showing it looks great. Domed and set with marquise and round jet black rhinestones.

Description: Beaded Red Green Blue Egyptian Style Collar Necklace - This is probably European in origin. Round glass beads in red, green and blue dangle from opaque glass barrel shaped beads going both directions from a brass center chain. Old "thumbless" spring ring clasp. 15 1/4", 1 1/2" wide. Tremendous piece. A similar, not nearly as ornate piece, falsely identified as a Haskell piece, recently sold on rubylane for almost $700. I feel our price is a bargain.

Description: Multi Strand Necklace with Bi-Colored Drops - This goldtone necklace features two different styles of chain and two different types of drops. The larger disks are clear? or pale yellow with topaz colored clouds, while the briolette type drops are mainly topaz with some lighter yellow sections on the larger drops. Very showy and attractive. Push-in clasp is embossed in a paisley type design, nested type design goes from 14" to 22" including clasp. Nice either over clothing or against bare skin. Excellent condition.

Description: Savvy? (Swarovski brand) Very Long Necklace with Tiffany Balls - This is unsigned but the quality indicates that this was Swarovski and closely matches a pair of Swarovski earrings on the signed section of this site. Goldtone chain with Tiffany ball stations - Tiffany balls are all pave rhinestone set metal beads where little if any metal shows. This is claspless which is why there is no makers mark. I have doubled this for photographic purposes. This measures about 44" and is symmetrical in the ball placement. Excellent condition. Give 'em the old ball and chain and look great doing it!

Description: Taupe and Lime Green Enamel and Glass Necklace - Lovely soft colors make this flattering necklace a joy to wear. Transparent glass beads have a taupe-brown swirl that appears to be right under the surface. These alternate with frosted, aurora borealis and carmel bicone beads. Endcaps are enameled metal in the same soft brown, and the metal spacer end caps that look like the bottom part of a flower are done in a lime green that adds just enough color to keep this from looking dull. Wonderful on the light greens that continue to be fashionable. Fancy handwired clasp is a push-in v type. Necklace measures about 21"; largest bead is about 5/8" in diameter.

Description: Unsigned Josef Morton 3 Strand Necklace in Blush Pink - I purchased this from a woman who said it was signed Josef Morton; when I asked her where the signature was, she said it must have fallen off (string tag) and indicated that she did not know who Josef Morton was. One look at the clasp and I was sure she was telling me the truth (see bottom picture). Opaque glass beads in very soft pink are separated by a series of clear glass and brass seed bead spacers. Terminals are double filigree, all hand-wired, and bird hook clasp, all indicators of Frank Hess, Morton's designer, and the head designer for Morton's aunt, Miriam Haskell, for many years. Circa 1960. One strand was broken so I have restrung the entire piece on silk, as per original stringing.

Description: Unsigned All Handwired Glass Bead Necklace - This is an amazing example of workmanship done in a floral motif, using chalk white, frosted clear and emerald green glass leaf beads. The frosted clear glass has been formed into flowers with a prong-set clear rhinestone wired in like a roses montee, except that it isn't flat-backed. Series of leaves have been separated by clusters of chalk white beads. Link chain is done by alternating a different chalk white bead alternated with the frosted bead. Adjustable up to about 16". Possibly European. Lovely.

Description: Owl Pendant Necklace with Topaz Glass Belly - Just a fun piece for the owl collector. Large 3" x 1 1/2" pendant has two large smokey topaz rhinestones for eyes and flatbacked topaz glass cabochon for the body. This huge cabochon (30mmx40mm) is in an openback setting that has been slightly scratched on the foil backing but this is not noticeable on most backgrounds unless you are up close and looking for it at certain angles. Heavy 36" goldtone chain. Probably from the late 1960's.

Description: Clear and Aqua Rhinestone Dog Collar - Pretty piece for spring! 1930's looking linkage is set with clear rhinestones, and the center of each link has a single aqua marquise, all in silvertone. Description: Glass Pearl Necklace in Cream and Grey Pearls - I fully expected this piece to be marked Trifari, but it is unsigned. Quality glass pearls alternate color and design in a symmetrical pattern of cream "florals" separated by grey "leaves"? with small clear rhinestones accenting each link. Light shiny goldtone chain and cast pieces. Nice weight, adjustable hook closure will accomodate up to a 16 1/2" neck, about 1" wide on cream pearl links. Description: Necklace with Dk. Blue Faux Moonstones and Clear Rhinestones - Done in 5 links plus chain, this should fit up to a 16 1/2" neck. Silvertone, about 1 1/2" at widest point. Description: Goldtone Mesh Faux Lariat with Golden Topaz Rhinestones - This looks like a lariat or a bolo but is actually a "negligee" necklace with asymmetrical tails. This measures 18" with a 2" and a 3" tail.

Description: Green and Frosted Clear Bead Necklace - This piece features gorgeous emerald green and clear glass beads that look almost like handblown glass "pears" in the center section, with frosted and pearlized clear beads and various emerald green round and seed beads making up the chain sections. Description: Blue Cabochon and Clear RS Necklace, Unsigned Jomaz - Very unusual cabochon necklace with rhinestone links and pave set castings. Twelve pronged glass cabochons each have four rhinestone set leaves; these links are linked with links set with three clear rhinestones. Metal has darkened either by time or design on the top side, while underneath seems to be shiny silver plating. Adjustable hook style, with rhinestone set tail ending in a clear rhinestone pear drop - hook is also rhinestone set with clear baguettes. The cabochons get their unusual grey blue color that imitates chalcedony from dark blue foiling on the underside. One cabochon shows loss of about half of that foiling; one other has a small foiling ding. These flaws are only apparent when held up to backlighting and scrutinized carefully and do not show when worn. Fits up to 15" neck and would be extendable very easily on the hook end. Some of the small clear rhinestones have darkened. I have recently seen a red version of this set, with matching earrings. The earrings were signed Jomaz, the necklace was not, and I have also seen the exact matching bracelet to this in blue, which was signed.

Description: Reversible Necklace with Garnets and Blue Topaz - Relatively heavy necklace, marked sterling on the clasp and 925 and CH on the two clasp rings at the back. More ornate side is set with various sizes of rosecut (pointed top) garnets; reverse is set with aqua colored stones on the bezeled link that I am assuming are blue topaz. Vermeil setting, rolo type chain. A little over 16", about 7/16" at widest point. This piece was found, along with a garnet brooch, in a secret compartment of a Victorian era jewelry box. While double-duty pieces have long been used in fine jewelry, this reversibility is quite unique. The extra rings indicate that this may have originally had a safety chain, otherwise I can find no flaws.
