Description: Francois Enamel, Glass Pearl and Rhinestone Brooch and Earring Set - Francois was one of three top end lines for Coro (along with Vendome and Corocraft); most of the pieces were tailored, so finding colored rhinestone or this combination of enamel, stones and faux pearls is pretty unusual. These floral designs are particularly sought after, and it is a thrill to be able to offer the brooch with matching earrings. The design is intricate and beautiful, with curling leaves surrounding the florals, of which the smallest floral heads use extremely tiny clear rhinestones. The brooch is 2 3/8" x 2 1/8"; adjustable screw-clip earrings are 1" x 7/8". Other than two tiny rhinestones on the earrings everything is original. The only thing that I see flaw-wise are an enamel "bubble" in each earring that would have been done in the factory during manufacture. An incredible set for the discerning collector.

Description: Sarah Coventry "Nature's Choice" Earrings - Done in silvertone and goldtone, (with a more marked difference between the two in person) these clip earrings are in excellent shape and the design is lovely (in fact I have seen a Boucher design that is almost identical to this except I believe there are rhinestones on the center vein.) About 1 1/4" x 1". If two-tone pieces are your "thang" this would be an excellent addition to your wardrobe. I don't normally carry the plainer pieces of SC but these are too nice to pass up.

Description: Trifari Olivine and Black Diamond Rhinestone Brooch - While this design is similar to the "Contessa" series, it is not the same design. The "fleurette" design of 6 round stones surrounding a center round stone is used 6 times around the border of this brooch, with clusters of 4 stones alternating with the fleurettes that are accented with black diamond marquise leaves. The larger center flower of 9 round stones around a larger center olive green stone is also accented with marquise leaves, this time done in olive green, that alternate with single black diamond rounds. 2" in diameter, set in a darkened silvertone. Great any time of year but especially nice for the holidays for an alternative to emerald green. Excellent condition, signed Trifari with crown symbol, this would appear to be an early-mid 1950's piece.

Description: Coro Aqua Trembler Fur Clip - One of Coro's most popular floral designs, , this features two tone enameling in aqua, and the center of the floral head is an aqua and clear rhinestone trembler, a piece that is on a small spring and moves slightly when the wearer moves. The three leaves are set with aqua colored square stones (one or two seem slightly more vibrant color-wise, so they may either be replacements or the stones have aged a little differently.) Goldtone plating borders each leaf and each petal of the flower. Fur (pin) clip clasp, signed Coro in script (very faint, but there), with an incised number (9168) plus an almost unreadable patent number, 117802, which was assigned to Gene Verrecchio, head designer for Coro, in 1939. Excellent condition.

Item: SF9-679

Price: $110.00 US

•••

Description: Sarah Coventry "Radiance" Brooch - This pieces uses all clear rhinestones with dentelle (fancy) cuts which gives these stones a sparkle that lives up to the design's name! Light goldtone, 3 1/2" x 2 1/4". Excellent condition.

Item: SP9-323

Price: $20.00 US

•••

Description: Eisenberg Clear Rhinestone Necklace with Large Pendaloque Stone - This has everything for which Eisenberg was noted during the 1950's rolled up into one piece: great design, fancy cut stones, paved over-arching segments, and the typical keyhole clasp. A row of dentelles forms the basis for the pendaloque (fancy cut) pear at center front, with smaller pears angling off either side. Silvertone, probably rhodium plate is in excellent condition, as is the entire piece - very slight yellowing to some of the dentelles but this is not noticeable when worn. This extends to about 16 1/2", and is about 3/4" at wider points. Very beautiful and sparkly, this is the look that Marilyn Monroe made famous.

Description: Bogoff Smoky Topaz & Clear Rhinestones Earrings - Set in goldtone, these nice quality earrings use brown baguettes in the center, surrounded by a clear pave border. Clip mechanisms are top quality, signed Bogoff and also the patent number for the clip mechanism. Excellent condition - one ear clip has a little more "play" in it than I would like, but not bad. Depending on your earlobes it may be fine or you may wish to tighten. 7/8" x 5/8".

Item: SE9-865

Price: $29.50 US

Description: Bogoff Pink and Clear Rhinestone Floral/Star Earrings - I'm not certain whether these are supposed to be flowers or stars, but they are lovely earrings, with vibrant stones typical of Bogoff. Silvertone setting, screwback findings. These are signed Bogoff on the earring itself, rather than the mechanism. About 1/2" in diameter, excellent condition. I am guessing these are earlier pieces since they are screwback.

Item: SE9-867

Price: $24.50 US

Description:Coro Duette with Blue Marquises and Gilt Finish - Montana blue marquise rhinestones and a goldtone finish make this an unusual duette. Gilt finish is quite worn on both top and bottom sides, otherwise in excellent condition. 3" x 1 1/2". A nice addition to a comprehensive duette collection, and very wearable.

Description: Apex Art Buckles - Though technically not jewelry, this large buckle set could be sewn onto clothing or onto an existing belt. (Each side has an upper and lower loop for sewing.)  Both pieces are signed Apex Art and use a mix of emerald green rhinestones and clear rhinestones (one clear has been replaced).  Great design; each half is just shy of 2" in diameter.

Item: SM9-104

Price: $24.50 US

•••

Description: KJL Clear and Black Diamond Rhinestone Bow Brooch - 2" x 2", this interesting design uses kind of a "squiggly" ribbon effect, with lots of twists and turns. One tail and the inner parts of the loops use black diamond rhinestones, the rest are clear. Darkened silvertone setting, with edges showing enough to give an outlined effect. This is marked (copyright symbol) KJL (no dots) and Thailand, indicating a made-for-QVC piece. Though this is not the couture line mark, due to QVC's strict quality control I would not hesitate to buy a QVC piece.

Item: SP9-1225

Price: $58.50 US

•••

Description: Eisenberg Smokey Topaz/Black Diamond Rhinestone Necklace - An unusual color combination, these stones are set in goldtone, with the design using marquise and rounds, accented with clear pave and usual clear rhinestone tale. All prong set except for pave, with usual keyhole clasp. Adjustable to 16", 1 3/4" at wide point (center front.) Excellent condition.

Item: SN9-1252

Price: $145.00 US

•••

Description: Jomaz Spiral Bracelet - This hinged oval bangle is done in a matte goldtone finish and is set with small clear glass rhinestones, all original, on the top side.  Lower side is somewhat worn on the raised part of the spirals, but would not be noticeable when worn.  Inner measurement of bracelet is 2.25" x 1.75" and measures 6.5".

Item: SB9-108

Price: $24.50 US

•••

Description: Bogoff Clear Rhinestone Star earrings - Five pear shape stones surround a center set with tiny rounds. Screwback findings are marked Bogoff on the back of the screw part of the mechanism, so again, probably earlier pieces. Very slight yellowing of the clear pears, which could be replaced if that bothered you, but everything looks to be original and is in otherwise excellent condition.

Item: SE9-868

Price: $24.50 US

Description: Trifari Goldtone/Silvertone "Moderne" Pendant Necklace and Earrings Set - These 1970's-80's sets are gaining in popularity as prices for highend Trifari skyrocket. The design actually reminds me a little of door chimes, with the pendant portion having a graduated section from 1 7/8" to 2 5/8" that alternates goldtone and silvertone, freely suspended from a nicely done 24" chain, with the logo "Crown T" tag hanging from the springring clasp. Clip earrings also use both goldtone and silvertone "chimes" in a 1" length. Other than very mild surface scratching that is only visible in very bright light at the right angle, I find no problems.

Item: SS9-813

Price: $47.50 US

•••

Description: Trifari Honeycomb Earrings in Silvertone - These round, slightly domed earrings will go nicely with any of the honeycomb necklaces and bracelets that were produced by Trifari, (with and without rhinestones) for probably a ten year or more period from the late 1940's on. I am guessing these are late 1950's production, excellent condition and so mirror-like that you can see a reflection of what I was wearing when I took the picture. Usual 1950's-60's earring clasp.

Item: SE9-949

Price: $17.50 US

•••

Description: Spectacular Weiss Clear Rhinestone Pinwheel Brooch - One of the best clear rhinestone brooches I have ever had, equal to any of the 1950's Eisenberg. This features seven 13mm dentelle (fancy) cut rhinestones, six 7.75mm dentelle rhinestones, six rectangular cuts and a whole lot of graduated pave set stones. Blindingly beautiful, this baby was very difficult to photograph because of its refraction. Center stone has a small hazy spot only noticeable with close scrutiny, otherwise superior condition. This piece deserves your best velvets and any occasion where you want to knock their socks off.

Item: SP9-293

Price: $135.00 US

•••

Description: Sarah Coventry Acapulco Brooch and Earrings - This goldtone set has cinammon colored opaque oval cabochons and light moss green opaque oval cabochons. Brooch is about 2" in diameter and ear clips are about 1 1/8" in diameter. All original condition, I can find no flaw.

Item: SS9-339

Price: $24.00 US

•••

Description: Sarah Coventry Fashion Parade Necklace and Earring Set - Pendant style necklace and matching earrings - pendant is unusual in that it has it's own jump ring so it can be detached from the chain (perhaps originally on a different chain???) 18" goldtone curb-type chain has Sarah Coventry metal hang tag. Clip earrings use smaller baroque type glass pearl; one pearl has a small ding in the pearlesence on the back underside where it does not show. Chain has dulled with time, otherwise in excellent original condition, but price reflects these very small flaws. It is my understanding that this grouping also came with a stick pin and a ring.

Item: SS9-333

Price: $25.00 US

•••

Description: Sarah Coventry Carnival Brooch and Earrings Set - Apparently SC used this design name on more than one style. This uses navy, red, and dark moss green round cabochons in goldtone. Marked on clip finding Sarah Cov with copyright mark; stamping is light, but there.Brooch is marked Sarah Cov with copyright mark, also, and is about 2 1/4" in diameter; earrings are about 1 1/8" in diameter. Goldtone. A very wearable set in great condition.

Item: SS9-334

Price: $27.50 US

•••

Description: Trifari Yellow Enamel Butterfly Brooch - Need something to make you smile on a gloomy day? Goldtone butterfly with bright yellow enamel. This design, and other "nature" themed enamel pieces from the 1960's? were done by Trifari in several different colors. About 2 1/2" x 2", signed Trifari with copyright symbol. Excellent condition.

Item: SN9-957

Price: $57.50 US

•••

Description: Trifari Pink Glass Floral Dangle Earrings - Trifari did a number of 4 and 5 petaled floral pieces; this is the first time I have seen a dangle earring design. Five petaled pink glass stones are surmounted with goldtone metal leaves. Signed Trifari with copyright symbol, 1 3/4" x 5/8'' at widest point. Usual 1960's era earring findings, excellent condition. Very pretty!

Item: SE9-951

Price: $34.50 US

•••

Description: Weiss Clear Rhinestone Double Row Bracelet - Two rows of 6 mm clear rhinestones are accented by pave set swirls and a better than average rhinestone set clasp. 7" x almost 1/2", safety chain. Very good condition with some mild yellowing to the small stones on the swirls and the clasp (all small stones appear to be original, which is fairly unusual); large stones are still very clear and sparkly with just one or two a little yellowed. Silvertone setting.

Description: Sarah Coventry Blue Lagoon Brooch - From 1964, one of the most popular of SC collectors' pieces, this was the design that was sold to the public, while a hostess gift brooch (could not be purchased by general public) similar in style but "squattier" was only available to hostesses. Presumably this was sold with a set of three earrings, one of could be inserted in the top of this brooch for a more 3 dimensional effect for evening wear. Inner row of sapphire blue rhinestones is surrounded by a second row of light sapphire rhinestones, and then all is bordered with irridescent blue navettes and a single round at the top. Silvertone (rhodium?) plating, all stones prong set, slightly domed. 2 1/2" x 1 5/8". Very good condition with just the slightest of aging to the light blue stones. Marked Sarah Cov and copyright symbol.

Item: SP9-758

Price: $34.50 US

•••

Description: Bogoff Flora Drop Earrings - Done in all Clear rhinestones and silvertone setting, these again are screwback earrings, with the word Bogoff marked on only one of the screw mechanisms, in small letters in a semi-circular pattern. 1" x 1/2" at widest point, these are in excellent condition and would be lovely for a bride.

Item: SE9-869

Price: $26.50 US

Description: Corocraft Sterling Dolphin Duette - Patented in October of 1944, this has it all. Beautiful enameling in aquas, and kind of a bronze-red. Large oval unfoiled heads, lots of rhinestones. Vermeil, one fin is marked Coro Craft Sterling, the other clip is marked sterling on the fur clip mechanism; connector is marked sterling, Coro duette and the utility patent number. Excellent condition, with only two darkened clears. 1 3/4" x 2 1/2" fully assembled. A dream for many collectors.

•••

Description: Corocraft/Coro Multi Pastel Floral Demi with Two Pairs of Earrings - The ultimate set for spring, and certainly as nice if not nicer than the Trifari Fragonard pieces. The set uses light blue, jonquil and rose pink stones for the flower petals, with sapphire blue, topaz and clear for centers, and clear baguette accent stones. The necklace has light blue rhinestone chain for the sides and will adjust up to 17". The bracelet has rather unusual curved side pieces, so measuring this was a little more difficult, but it seems to be a standard 7", and has a safety chain. Both pairs of earrings are clip, and have about the same dimensions, 1 1/4" x 1 1/8". The more ornate ones, however, have a more substantial clip mechanism. The necklace is marked Corocraft in script on the back of the center, the other pieces are all marked Coro in script on their findings. All pieces are in excellent condition, goldtone setting. This appears to be from 1955 and was originally called Fanfare, and these are the best Coro rhinestone pieces I've ever had.

Item: SS9-1077

Price: $149.50/demi US

•••

Description: Trifari Blue Etoile Earrings - Desirable and sought after, the Etoile series is from 1959; this is one of at least two different earrings styles. Center blue AB oval rhinestone is surrounded by light blue moonrock or nugget stones that have an irridescent finish which alternate with blue AB pear rhinestones. All set in silver Trifanium, standard clip findings for this time period. 1" x 7/8", excellent condition. Any darkness you see in the plating is simply a reflection of the clothing I was wearing when I photographed these.

Item: SE9-1080

Price: $32.50 US

•••

Description: Coro Three Dimensional Enamel Floral - Lovely flower brooch in multi greens and multi blue enamel, with rhinestones and a center pistil made up of four rhinestone rondelles with a scalloped cap at each end. You can see the construction on the backside photo, with the back riveted to the front and the attachment of the "pistil". At 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/2" deep, this is an unusually large piece for this company. If you look closely you can see Coro in script next to the right rivet in the back photo. Goldtone, very nice condition with some enamel loss on one of the green curls and the upper right hand tendril off the flower head. Beautiful.
