Description: Trifari Faux Alexandrite/Amethyst Rhinestone Necklace, Earrings,Brooch and Bracelet Parure - This design was done by Trifari in a number of colors and color combinations; this is often described as aqua/purple, light blue/purple or lavender/purple rhinestones, but it is in fact faux alexandrite (a color change stone that looks aqua-light blue in some lights, and lavender in direct sunlight) and purple (amethyst). The necklace and bracelet came to me with several of the faux alexandrite stones missing, so I ended up replacing most of the alexandrite rhinestones in order to get a good color match. Set in silvertone, these are now in excellent restored condition. Necklace is adjustable, with hook and tail closure, up to 15"; bracelet is 7 1/4", with safety chain. Matching brooch is 2 1/4" x 2", excellent original condition, clip earrings are 1" x 3/4", also excellent original condition. Shown in the 1961 Trifari advertising "Memo to a Smart Woman", these pieces originally retailed for about $35.00. I have seen the necklace alone for sale on ebay for $125.00. I have heard this design pattern referred to as "Radiance". Item: SS1-1048 Price: $225.00/full parure US Sorry, SOLD! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

The brooch is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" and is in pristine condition, never worn. Even the box and sleeve are in very good-excellent condition, with just a little bit of wear on the corners. Part of a series done approximately 20 years ago for Avon. Item: SP1-929 Price: $72.50 US ![]() |

Description: Hollycraft Clear Rhinestone Necklace, Bracelet and Earrings Demi Set - Though this is not marked with the year marking as was done in the 1950's, I am guessing this is early 1960's because it looks so much like the 1950's pieces. Necklace features an ornate central motif with five dangling pears, baguette and pave set curlique lines, and an unusual domed circles with clear baguettes running down the middle and pave set sides. Necklace is adjustable up to about 19", with a hook and tail closure, and is about 2" at center front including the dangle. Bracelet uses the same domed circles and curlique lines, with baguette lines running down curling leaves. 7 1/4" with foldover clasp and safety chain. Clipback earrings are 1 1/8" x 7/8" and use the domed circles and curlique lines. All are signed and in excellent condition. A spectaular collectors set. Description: Trifari Lt. and Dk. Sapphire Blue/Clear RS Demi Parure - Set in heavy silvertone Trifanium, this design is marked crown Trifari and Pat. Pend. on both the necklace and the brooch; earrings are simply marked crown Trifari. Note the top quality earring finding on the earrings. I have searched for the actual patent for these and was not able to find one, but I think these are almost certainly early 1950's. Necklace uses a snake chain with foldover clasp, about 15" x 7/8"; earrings are 1 1/8" in both directions. Brooch is 2 1/4" x 1 3/4". All are in excellent condition, with the brooch showing very mild yellowing of the baguettes. An exceptional demi. Description: Eisenberg Original Clear Rhinestone Dress Clip - While these clear clips were done in many different designs by the Eisenberg company, this clip is much less common because it is long and slim, making it perhaps more wearable for the collector than the more massive pieces. Surmounted by a huge oval clear, this pieces has paved streamers which descend to two large octagonal stones surrounded by marquises and oval stones. Very slight aging in the stones (top oval is very slightly yellow, and a few of the border stones show a little haziness, some of the pave has greyed) but the bottom center stones are in great shape, and overall I would consider this to be in very good condition. The clip has excellent tension. 3 1/8" x 1 1/4". Clip mechanism is marked Eisenberg Original, body of the piece backside has stone setter #4. Excellent weight, silvertone setting. Item: SD1-816 Price: $125.00 US |
Description: Eisenberg Baguette and Pave Swirl Earrings - Multi layered earrings use a less common shape for Eisenberg - large baguette clears are randomly stacked and topped with a pave set swirl. One large round at the bottom behind a baguette. Very slight haziness on a few of the top baguettes on the left earring, otherwise excellent condition. silvertone, rhodium plate, marked Eisenberg on the clip findings. 1" x 7/8", and almost 1/4" deep. Description: Eisenberg Original Sterling Fur Clip with Pink/Purple/Clear Stones - 24.3g weight, vermeil setting (goldwash over sterling). Lovely combination of purple and pink marquises, and a single purple dentelle in the center of a swirl of clear stones. Fur clip has excellent tension, and this design includes the clip "brackets" to prevent opening by accident. Marked Eisenberg Original, sterling, and (stone setter #)4. Vermeil is in very good shape, with only slight wear along the right hand edges which I think you can see in the picture. One pink marquise is slightly lighter pink than the others so it may be a replacement, but not by me! At 1 3/4" x 1 1/4", this is a smaller size, but extremely nice and very wearable. Item: SF1-817 Price: $149.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |
Description: Nettie Rosenstein Sterling Fur Clip - One of the fashion industry icons from the 1920's-1950's, Rosenstein's name is synonomous with elegance and taste, and her better jewelry items are sought after and not easy to find. Because of the use of sterling on this piece I would date it to the early to mid 1940's. This uses a leaves and berries motif, with coral colored glass wound beads topped with black glass dots. I'm not sure what berry this is supposed to portray. At any rate, while this is not in perfect condition, it is a worthy addition to any jewelry collection and extremely wearable. There are two black glass dots missing on one berry but the bead can be rotated so that those are on the back side. Vermeil (goldtone over sterling) finish is worn along edges but is still in quite good condition compared to many pieces of the same time frame/materials. About 2" x 1 3/4", clip mechanism is tight. Oh so pretty on black, coral, or even white. Classic design means wearable forever. Item: SF1-584 Price: $159.00 US |

Description: Coro Enamel and Rhinestone Floral Necklace - Coro may be sneered at in some circles, but knowledgeable collectors realize that Coro made pieces for all price points including high end, and the enamel work of the late 1930's and early 1940's is beautifully done. This necklace was patented in March of 1942, along with a bracelet, and is very similar to a brooch done about the same time (see sold item SP1-484). This particular series seems to have been done in both a multi colored version, and also versions with a predominant color, as the lavender is this necklace. Florals are centered with yellow enamel and a single rhinestone, with small strokes of red. Connecting pieces are also lavender, with multi green enamel above each floral link simulating leaves. Remaining chain is silvertone that culminates with a floral clasp that I have had on other Coro necklaces. Signed Coro in script on the back of one of the florals, this is in amazing original condition with only a little enamel loss along some of the edges. I have seen this piece priced at almost double on a "high-end" site. Item: SN1-973 Price: $129.50 US ![]() ![]() |
Description: Eisenberg Original Pair of Floral Brooches in Emerald/Clear Rhinestone - Eisenberg Original pieces are most often dress or fur clips; brooches are more unusual and a pair, particularly in colored stones and fairly sizeable ( almost 3" x 1 3/4") are quite rare. These are in excellent condition and the only thing that prevents these from being in "mint" condition is that the oval clears have uniformly greyed with time. If you like a "brand new" look I suppose those could be replaced, but I personally do not feel that these detract in any way. The plating has a slight coppery tinge, which I am assuming is either patina or an intentional "rose gold" type look that was popular when these would have been produced. Description: Beautiful Haskell Seed Pearl Bracelet - Link style bracelet in goldtone with two sizes of seed pearls surrounding a center pearl; hexagonal double filigrees with slide in clasp; signature is in oval cartouche with raised letters, safety chain. Links are connected with upper and lower jump rings. Bracelet is approximately 7 1/2" x 7/8". Some wear to pearls, with larger seed pearls showing the most wear (1 is missing). All the rest of the pearls are intact; metal shows little wear except for some on clasp inside, I can detect no verdigris. Lovely delicate look that reflects the femininity of fashion in the 1950's. Item: SB1-528 Price: $195.00 US |
Description: Trifari Alfred Philippe Smokey Topaz/Black Diamond Rhinestone Floral Brooch - There are those who turn up their noses at 1950's-1960's Trifari, probably because they have not seen the top of the line pieces. This is a color variation of the fuchsia/black diamond parure seen in Deanna Farneti Cera's "Amazing Gems"; this color combination is MUCH more difficult to find. Dark brown oval rhinestones comprise the petals, with the edges, center and stem of the flower done in black diamond rhinestone pave. Plating is a muted goldtone that I have only seen on this particular design series. Marked Trifari with crown and copyright symbol, this measures about 2 5/8" x 2". The quantity of stones and attention to detail makes this a particularly lovely piece. Excellent condition, with a few stones replaced but you will not be able to tell which. Description: Trifari Sterling Vermeil Fur Clip with Aqua Step-Cut Stone - Signed crown Trifari on fur clip mechanism and Pat. Pend. and Sterling on the body at center back, this well known design was patented August of 1943. Beautiful unfoiled octagonal stone is prong set, on a field of clear rhinestone pave the runs from top to bottom of the piece. Gold plating over sterling, 2 1/4" x 1 3/4" at widest points. Description: Corocraft Aqua & Clear RhinestoneVolute Brooch - The epitome of retro style in a finely crafted piece. Channel set aqua baguettes extend from pave set volutes, with a further baguette set swirl over the top. Goldtone setting, three dimensional design. Excellent original condition, with only a few of the pave showing aging. At 2" x 1 5/8", this is a smaller piece, but the weight is very nice, excellent heft. This could pass for fine jewelry. There are those who sniff at Coro products, but top notch Corocraft is right up there with the "big boys" in terms of quality of design, components and execution. Description: Rare Eisenberg Original Pair of Fur Clips - While Eisenberg made many spectacular dress and fur clips, they rarely made pairs of clips or did duettes. I am not certain whether these are duettes without a frame, or simply a set of matching fur clips. Substantial in feel, these use double riveted construction and are quite three dimensional. The cornered pears have yellowed slightly but are not clouded or spotted except for very slightly cloudiness at the top of one stone. The pave work has darkened, but I would expect that on legitimate 70 year old plus pieces. 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x about 5/8" deep, plating is in excellent condition and clips work well. Description: Crown Trifari Leaves and Berries Brooch and Clip Earrings - While I have seen this design done in colored rhinestones and also a clear/pearl combination, this uses all clear rhinestones, mixing thin navettes and rounds into an extraordinarily elegant design. Set in silvertone Trifanium, both the brooch and earrings are marked crown Trifari and copyright symbol, with the earrings using the more often found clip finding of the 1960's. Description: Edlee Demi Parure in Blue/Aqua/Green - Highly sought after and rarely found, Edlee, when found, often uses nautilus-type stones, which are not only a beautiful shape but also reflect more than one color, in this case, light to medium blue and light to medium green, depending on the angle. These pieces are accented with sapphire blue, aqua, aurora borealis and colored aurora borealis stones. Description: Crown Trifari Citrine and Topaz Rhinestone Brooch, Necklace and Earrings Demi Parure - Gorgeous early 1950's pieces using teardrop shaped citrine (bright yellow) and golden topaz marquise shaped rhinestones, with clear baguettes and rounds. Necklace uses round snake chain. for the sides, foldover clasp, with five rhinestone set foliate motif sections connected by single baguette links, with a pave set circle on either end. Necklace is about 15 1/4" with the foliate sections being about 7/8" long. Brooch is domed, about 2" in diameter, with topaz marquises and a single round make a small floral at the top center, from which radiate 6 baguette and round "spokes" separated by citrine pears. Clip mechanisms are the better quality ones (see picture) marked Trifari with a crown. Brooch and necklace are marked crown Trifari Pat. Pend. Description: Crown Trifari "Meteor" Necklace, Bracelet, Brooch and Earring Set - This necklace set must have been a popular seller for Trifari; I believe I have also seen a colored rhinestone version, but this is the much more often found clear rhinestone/goldtone combination. This design was patented in 1949 (a similar necklace design was patented by Trifari in 1953); all four pieces are marked Trifari and patent pending, with the earrings having the crown over the T, so it would seem likely that these were produced late 1940's. Certainly there is a nice transitional feel of part retro, with the volutes and spirals, with a more modern channel set baguette rhinestone look Excellent original condition with mild plating wear on the back on the necklace center where it would rub against the body when worn, very slight wave in pin stem on brooch. Necklace has foldover clasp and measures about 15 1/2", with chain 5mm wide and central motif 2 1/2" x 7/8". Earrings are clip, about 1 1/2" x 1/2". Brooch is 2 3/8" x about 1" at widest point, bracelet is 2 1/4" x 1 7/8" inner diameter, with squared goldtone wire and is about 1" wide at center front. Description: Haskell Floral Brooch - Done in antiqued (Russian?) silvertone, this charming piece has all prong set clear rhinestones, with the largest stone in the center, surrounded by smaller clears, and then 5 glass pearlized petals, then surrounded by tiny "leaves" of clear rhinestones in sets of twos and threes, with an occasional larger single stone. Just shy of 2" in diameter (about 1 7/8"), this uses the Miriam Haskell horseshoe logo. This plaque is the earliest one used by Haskell but the company used this intermittently even in the 1970's so it should not be used to definitively date a piece. I am guessing 1950's for this particular piece. The ends of the petals have, to a varying extent, lost their pearlized finish, but otherwise this seems to be in excellent condition. Description: Hollycraft 1953 Bracelet, Brooch and Earrings Set in Multi Blue Rhinestone - While Hollycraft did a number of different "looks" over the years, the early 1950's pieces remain some of the most popular with their attention to detail and numerous components. This design uses (dark) sapphire pears and baguettes, accented with light sapphire small rounds, tiny glass half pearls and goldtone curliques on the bracelet and brooch; coordinating earrings use a single dark sapphire oval bordered with light sapphire rounds and the tiny glass seed pearls at the corners. Link style bracelet has a foldover clasp and safety chain, 6 3/4" x 3/4" at widest points. Brooch is 2 1/4" x 1 1/8"; clip earrings are oval, 15/16" x 3/4". Because of the number of paste set components, it is rare to find these pieces with all original stones intact; I have replaced several missing half pearls and a few of the light sapphire small rhinestones. One tiny stone in the brooch appears to be a long-ago replacement where someone used too much glue; I have elected not to replace it for fear of damaging the piece as the glue is an epoxy that is hard as a rock. Beautiful set, in very good restored condition. All pieces signed Hollycraft and Copr. 1953. Item: SS1-1003 Price: $245.00/demi parure US ![]() ![]() |
Description: Early 1940's Huge Reinad Floral Brooch - Reinad jewelry is scarce, and large (4 3/8" x 2 5/8") multi layer pieces are a "once every 20 years if you're lucky" find. This is the only piece I've seen in person. Goldtone, prong set purple stones in second layer are accented with bead set clears and a pave set crescent shape, from which emanates a 5-fingered layer with an underlayer of 7 clear rhinestone set fingers. Purple layer surmounts an all-metal layer of leaves, which sits atop of another layer of leaves which have a ruffled appearance and are bordered with small clears, all atop pave set stems. This item has some condition issues; quite a few of the clears are replacements, and the top "five fingers", as well as back of piece, show plating wear. All metal layeralmost appears to be sterling, as it is a different color, almost rose gold in appearance but somewhat darkened. However, design, rarity, size, and beauty far outweigh these relatively minor condition issues. As one well-known jewelry author says, "if you find a piece of Reinad, buy it". Description: Hobe Necklace Bracelet and Two Pairs of Earrings Set - Incredible set using floral-themed goldtone set with glass pearls and tiny crystals. Necklace has two larger florals centered with small fleurettes of pearls and crystal, edges of petals are also partially rhinestone set. Chain has smaller flowers alternating with a stylized elongated x link, and finishing with a flattened oval snake chain with hook and tail adjustable closure finished with filigree endcap and pearl. Hobe mark in oval cartouche on back of center indicates made after 1957. Necklace is about 1" wide at center front, and adjustable from about 14" to 18". Bracelet center is similar if not identical to necklace center, with side portions also using the small flower and stylized elongated x motif three rows wide. Foldover clasp, 7 1/2" x 1". Dangle earrings are clip, 2 1/4" x 1", with the same Middle Eastern looking embossing on the oval center that is found on the large flowers of the necklace and bracelet, with filigree capped pearls that match the end of the necklace extension. Button style floral earrings have the same clip mechanism as the other earrings, but match the floral heads of the necklace and bracelet, about 1" in diameter. Bracelet and earrings are unmarked but are obviously matches for the necklace, which explains why tremendous unmarked pieces are found that "look like they are X" but if the marked match is lost, it is rarely figured out what "X" is. (Later Hobe pieces use a roller-clip mechanism that is marked.) Excellent condition, with a little wear to one pearl on the bracelet, and plating wear on the back of the bracelet clasp. This has an equally wonderful matching cuff bracelet that I have seen, that sold on ebay recently for just a little less than what I have priced this entire set. Description: Property of a Lady Enamel & Rhinestone Necklace - Not a signature that you're familiar with? I have been unable to find out very much about this line, though apparently it is from the late 1990's, and perhaps Canadian based. Unusual logo is a large P with a script "L" to the left of the P. This measures about 18" x 3/4", slightly domed top, with dark blue enameled and rhinestone set links alternating with curved goldtone bands. Nice weight, hidden push-in clasp, original white velvet and red leatherette presentation box. Excellent condition. Item: SN1-902 Price: $99.50 US ![]() |
Description: Trifari Enchantress Pearl Cab/Rhinestone/Goldtone Hinged Cuff - One of the most amazingly beautiful bracelets that Trifari produced (also done in colored cabochons), this features white glass pearl cabs, rhinestone set leaves, and a heavy goldtone body, done in a cross-over style. About 1 1/2" at widest point in front, gradually tapering to about 1/2" at back center. Beautiful condition. This fits my 6 1/2" wrist perfectly; because of its design I think it would fit up to an average size wrist though it might be a little tight, definitely not for a larger wrist. I think this was designed specifically to be tight as not to "turn" on the wrist and risk knocking the pearl cabs off it you put your wrist on a table or desk. Item: SB1-1236 Price: $225.00 US Sorry, SOLD! ![]() |
