Description: Brass and Glass Brooch in Emerald Green - Diamond shaped brooch done in intense unfoiled green ovals and rounds, over a brass frame and decorated with small brass leaves. 2 5/8" x 1 1/2". It appears that one of the brass leaves is missing, as the ones surrounding the center oval are grouped in pairs, and there are only 7. Otherwise fine condition.

Item: NP2-341

Price: $45.00 US

Sorry, SOLD!

Description: Huge Jeweltone Dress Clip - Three rows of prong set oval stones in jeweltones are separated by rows of slightly graduating clears. The clip itself is 1" wide at the top and 2" wide at the bottom, and not quite 2 3/4" long. Goldtone setting. This appears to be early unsigned Eisenberg, based on the type of clip finding and general design and appearance of the piece. Hefty weight, this will require a heavy fabric for best results when wearing. The magnificent piece is not without its flaws - one of the clears is an obvious replacement; unfortunately I cannot remove without chancing damage to the piece. Also, there is plate wear on the upper left hand side of the back of the setting (see photo), even the clip mechanism shows a tiny spot of wear down to the base metal. While there is absolutely no reason the clip can't be enjoyed as is, you might wish to have it replated, but I will leave that to the next owner.

Item: ND2-339

Price: $89.50 US

Description: Glass Floral, Cabochon and Rhinestone Link Necklace - Many times these pieces are referred to collectively as "fruit salad" but, obviously, there are no fruit here. Glass floral pieces in jeweltones of red, green and blue are flanked by oval glass cabochons in the same jeweltones, and two clear rhinestones. These links alternate with baguette and round rhinestone set links. Done in potmetal, this measures 17" x 1/4", with a few extra jumprings at the back for adjustability. I am assuming that the clasp is original, as all the jumprings match the other jumprings used in the piece. Slightly larger than average for the 1930's, so much more wearable for contemporary sizing. Excellent condition, I see no problems here.

Item: NN2-322

Price: $99.50 US

••••

Description: Purple Stone and Marcasite Dress Clip - This matches a necklace that I sold awhile back. Seven oval shaped purple stones (unfoiled) make up a kind of floral motif in the center of the piece, surrounded by cast florets centered with a small marcasite. Gilt metal, spring type clip mechanism marked with Pat. 1852188. 1 3/4" x 1 1/4", excellent condition. Marcasite on center lower floret is smaller than the rest and may be a replacement (not by me).

Item: ND2-230

Price: $42.50 US

••••

Description: Small Bar Pin - Another of what appears to be a gold-filled pin, the embossed pattern seems more crudely done, but the design is put together so there is a kind of recessed trough that runs around the inner perimeter of the piece, making it look as though piece has a black inner rim.  C-clasp; about 1.25" x .25".

Item: NP2-0024

Price: $22.50 US

••••

Description: Intense Purple Deco Glass Bead Necklace - I am assuming that the color of these beads comes from the addition of gold to the bead making process. Whatever the reason, these almost glow from within, and the graduated stations in between give this piece a real geometric deco era feel. 16", old style "thumb" ring clasp. This has been restrung for your security.

Item: NN2-132

Price: $39.50 US

Sorry, SOLD!

•••

Description: Celluloid? Butterfly Brooch - Admittedly I am no plastics expert, but I believe that this is celluloid that has been hand enameled and set with firepolished Czech rhinestones and attached to a brass plate slightly larger than the plastic piece. All stones are original and the hand enameling is very good to excellent condition, with only a tiny amount of paint loss. Slight pitting to both the front and back sides of the metal - our picture is enlarged and photoed with flash on so you can see minute detail, in person the pitting does not detract and is almost unnoticeable. 2 1/8" x 2 1/8" makes this a size that will appeal to almost all tastes, not too big, not too small.

Item: NP2-277

Price: $39.50 US

•••

Description: Brass Nouveau Style Brooch - Though the clasp would indicate that this is perhaps a late 20's-1930's era piece, the ribbon and floral motif would suggest the Nouveau style.  This 3-dimensional piece is apparently a hollow brass piece with three purple glass stones bezel set, and measures 3.25" x 1.5" x .625".  There is some blackening in the depressions of the designs that may either be intentional or age darkening of the brass.

Item: NP2-0027

Price: $35.00 US

•••

Description: Goofus Glass Lily Pin - Octagonal pin with c-clasp; fancy silvertone setting.  Glass is in bezel-sawtooth setting.  Floral design is done in white and yellow-green enamel over a faux mother of pearl background.  Glass overlay is slightly scratched but is not apparent except upon very close examination.  1 1/2" x 1 1/16".

Item: NP2-0030

Price: $35.00 US

•••

Description: Circa1920's Buckle Brooch - This appears to have been a buckle that was converted, long ago, into a brooch, as the clasp used is a c clasp (and it was a professionally done conversion as far as the clasp is concerned). Done in potmetal, firepolished chatons and flatback rounds and baguettes, one section is marked CCC, and measures 4 1/4" x 1 1/2". Great design - I can understand why the owner didn't want to throw out the buckle. Quite a few of the clear rounds are replacements, but the colored stones are all original.

Item: NP2-056

Price: $35.00 US

•••

Description: Pair of Dress Clips with Brass Leaves and Dark Green Glass Stones - Pairs of colored dress clips are becoming increasingly hard to find. These are probably Czech and have their original patina. All stones are prong set; clips measure 1 7/8" x 1 3/8".

Item: ND2-057

Price: $65.00 US

•••

Description: Czechoslovakia Wood and Seed Bead Pin - All the wood beads in this piece are hand sewn into a filigree base and covered by a solid back, marked Czecho Slovakia. Beads are in a muted mustard, olive green and red orange, with various colored seed beads attaching. About 1 1/2" in diameter. Fun piece for casual clothing.

Item: NP2-082

Price: $45.00 US

•••

Description: Multi Colored Floral Crescent Shaped Brooch - Done in moss green, citrus yellow, aqua, medium blue, and burgundy glass flowers sewn on a brass plated pierced frame; the flowers are held in place with a small silver-lined seed bead. C-clasp, about 2 1/2" x 1 1/2". As you can see from back picture, the plating has been worn; sewing seems a little amateurish but original. Top is in excellent condition with the silver lining on the seed beads darkened to a pewter color. I have seen these attributed to Miriam Haskell but feel safe in saying that this is Czech type.

Item: NP2-163

Price: $25.00 US

Sorry, SOLD!

•••

Description: Czech Type Red-Orange Glass Bead Crescent Brooch - Of the type that is often attributed to Miriam Haskell, this 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" piece appears to be excellent original condition, with professional stringing still intact. Brass base is decorated with 7mm opaque glass beads in a very deep orange that is almost red. These beads are held in place by what appears to be silver lined seed beads; lining has darkened with time, giving the beads a grey appearance. Slight wear marks on back.

Item: NP2-162

Price: $24.50 US

Description: Copper Colored Sash Pin with "Cameo" - Ah, the mystery pin. I believe this is made out of copper, but to be safe I am sticking to this being copper colored. This almost has the feeling of being handmade but I don't think it is. Frame is made out of an intricate embossed pattern that would almost have to be machined, which makes a rectangular border around a raised figure of a woman in profile, with dress suggesting turn of the century (19th to 20th). Center "coin" is attached under vining florals, which cover a second letter on the right side of the center, looks to be a "T", next to the letter "E" which can be plainly seen. What the significance of this is, is unknown, please feel free to edify me. Quite heavy patina on this piece (which must be at least 100 years old), with a little white substance along the lower edge, which looks green in the picture but isn't in person. Frame portion is wavy on all four sides, which gives it the handmade feel that I mentioned, center "coin" is wavy as well. Heavy sash pin and usual C closure, works well. About 3" x 1 3/4" and totally charming.

Item: NP2-278

Price: $45.00 US

•••

Description: Czech Type Multi-Jeweltone Dress Clip in a Shield Design - While this is a larger (2" x 1 3/4") dress clip, I am guessing that it was originally part of a pair. Done in fire polished rhinestones in blue, red, light emerald, lavender and topaz. I replaced a few missing stones. Excellent condition. Just right to go in the center of that top you're wearing out tonight!

Item: ND2-084

Price: $35.00 US

•••

Description:1920's Briolette Necklace with Clear Glass Drops - It is very unusual to find these pieces with their original chains. 16", one rounded briolette and 6 pointed briolette glass pieces. Lovely piece.

Item: NN2-133

Price: $75.00 US

•••

Description: Black Clear Choker Necklace - This has kind of a deco feel to it with its alternating clear spacers and jet black seed bead arrangement; certainly this piece would look great with all the black and white clothing popular right now. Graduating faceted barrel type beads in black alternate with stations of small clear and black beads to form a 14" choker (if this is too small an extender would be an easy solution). Spring ring clasp, recently restrung on silk with french wire. Very enjoyable piece to wear with casual, business or dress wear.

Item: NN2-123

Price: $34.50 US

•••

Description: Pair of Embossed Brass Dress Clips - Lovely and complex floral pattern is embossed on this matched pair of dress clips. (There is no sign that these originally had black enamel tracery.) Clip mechanisms have a little play in them, but still "snap" when closed and should work fine on a heavy fabric. Each is 1 3/4" x 1 1/4". Almost zero pitting on reverse, a little black paint on one corner from storage in a safety deposit box. Nice for the dress clip collector who wants something for casual wear.

Item: ND2-279

Price: $20.00 US

•••

Description: Faux Jade? and Marcasite Dress Clip - The green marquise cabochons on this piece almost have a cats-eye appearance to them, but whether its that or faux jade, they are a soft moss green. Surrounded by marcasites in a kind of shield shape design, this is silvertone potmetal, 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" at widest points. Excellent condition.

Item: ND2-229

Price: $47.50 US

•••

Description: Deco Buckle with Red Square Stones - While the red stones appear to be channel set, this type of stone was manufactured in "sets" of stones - I am guessing by the way these are pronged that they are in sets of three (any variation in the stones is due to lighting and is not there in person). Color is light siam - an intense orange red. Clear rhinestones accent the rest of the buckle, with interesting cut out patterns on the sides. Back photo shows bars for attaching to fabric, center shows the hook and eye clasp. One of the bars is a little bent but should not affect performance, otherwise excellent condition. 3" x 1 3/8".

Item: NBU2-280

Price: $39.50 US

Sorry, SOLD!

•••

Description: Czech Type Pair of Dress Clips with Topaz Colored Stones - Unfoiled fire-polished Czech stones in a fancier cut than the usual chaton are prong set in a pyramidal pattern. Gilt settings; clips are 1 3/8" at widest points going both directions. Gilding is a little worn in spots, otherwise excellent condition.

Item: ND2-220

Price: $35.00/pr. US

•••

Description: Topaz Rhinestone Navette Dress Clip - I have had this same design before in all clear rhinestones, here it is in a warm topaz color. All stones are prong set, original, and in very good condition. Potmetal setting, clip works well. Little oval marks on each marquise setting seems to be a casting mark but if it has any significance I don't know what it is. 2 3/8" x 1 3/4".

Item: ND2-262

Price: $34.50 US

•••

Description: Frosted and Amber Colored Glass Necklace - Frosted glass in round and cone shapes are separated by amber colored faceted rondelles. Accented with three "stations" of slightly darker cone shaped honey colored frosted glass flanking a flattened frosted round. Beautiful components, safety clasp, about 20". Great by itself or layered with some of the other amber/clear necklaces on this website. Excellent condition.

Item: NN2-179

Price: $59.50 US

•••

Description: Topaz Rhinestone Czech Style Dress Clip - This lovely little work of art is done in goldtone metal that has mellowed color-wise over time, and is completely set with topaz colored rhinestone pears and small rounds. There is a marking that looks like it might be L/N but it is poorly enough struck that it is hard to tell, however, please see the similarities between this piece and the L/N brooch NP2-265 (below). Excellent condition, everything looks original. 2" x 1 3/8".

Item: ND2-263

Price: $39.50 US

•••

Description: Belt Buckle Set with Topaz Colored Navette Rhinestones - This came as a set with the above ND-220 dress clip pair, and while they go very nicely together, the buckle and the clips were not originally a "set" and so are listed individually. (The same design, in a clear rhinestone dress clip, can be found on pg. 9 of the unsigned section.) This uses marquise, or navette, shaped rhinestones for the entire design. Buckle measures 4 3/4" x 1 3/4", goldtone setting. Very good condition with some plating wear on the back side. Lots of sparkle left in these stones! Very pretty and impressive piece that could also be used very effectively at the back of a vest or dress. Look as good going as coming!

Item: NM2-221

Price: $35.00 US

Sorry, SOLD!

•••

Description: Brass and Yellow Faux Moonstone Brooch - Done in a layered star motif, this features the gentle yellow glass moonstones used in jewelry in the 1930's-50's that is almost impossible to find. Brass leaves have a scrolling edge, with embossed lines for veins. Glass moonstones are sawtooth bezel set. About 2 1/4" x 2", very good condition with minor surface scratching on the brass.

Item: NP2-186

Price: $24.50 US

••••

Description: Wood and Cord 1930's-40's Brooch - Cute casual brooch that looks kind of like something Haskell might have done but I think this is just generic. Lighter (maple?) balls are threaded thru a darker wood disk using dark brown cord; kind of acorn or bell shaped wood pieces dangle from additional cord. C clasp, 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". Excellent condition, no cracking or blemishes of any kind.

Item: NP2-189

Price: $15.00 US

•••

Description: Impressive Cut-Out Belt Buckle with Red/Green/Clear Stones - Belts are making a comeback, why not show off that hours-in-the-gym waistline with a one of a kind buckle? Done in light siam (intense orange-red) and emerald green square rhinestones, and a clear rhinestone border, back shows sew-on bars and a hook and eye clasp. I see no flaws here. 3 1/8" x 2 1/8" when clasped.

Item: NBU2-281

Price: $45.00 US

•••

Description: Graduated Triple Head Floral Brooch - A variation on the multi colored Czech pieces, this uses ruby red, purple emerald green and dark blue navette and round rhinestones set in potmetal. 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" at the widest point. Very good condition with a tiny amount of metal damage to V-shaped tip of one marquise setting.

Item: NP2-192

Price: $39.50 US

•••

Description: Brass and Multi Jeweltone Pendant Necklace with Bead Chain - This came to us as a pendant with no chain, so I have fashioned a chain out of Czech and Austrian crystal beads in colors that are found on the pendant. Pendant is 2" in diameter, with light siam red, emerald green, topaz yellow and bright blue rhinestones, with pave set center "wheel" and "spokes". Bead chain has small blue and red faceted rounds, green bicones, and unfaceted round topaz glass beads, separated by brass crimp beads and 4 rhinestone rondelles to reflect the clear rhinestones in the pendant. Spring ring clasp. Chain is about 20", so this is wearable with sweaters but still would work for most people to fill in a scoop neck top (might be a little too long if you are shorter than average.)

Item: NN2-196

Price: $32.50 US

•••

Description: Faux Lapis/Clear Rhinestone and Black Enamel Belt Buckle - This must have been used for a very special dress. Blue glass cabochons made to look like lapis form two rows on either side of the clear rhinestone baguette and round center, with more clear rhinestones interspersed between the cabs and making up the ends. Black enamel is used along the edges by the cabs and is in very good condition; photo makes it look worn but you are actually seeing reflection, not wear. The blue cabs are much more of a navy in person. Silvertone potmetal setting, 2 5/8" x 1 1/4", excellent condition. Beautiful.

Item: NBB2-333

Price: $49.50 US

•••

Description: Nouveau Buckle Style Brooch with Medium Topaz Glass Stone - Lovely piece with a floral vine motif, done in brass colored metal with an unfoiled oval stone. C clasp, some darkening of the metal on the back side (I don't believe any of this is a repair, just some time darkening, and there is no plating damage that I can see.) 1 3/4" x 1 1/8". Delicately beautiful, probably from the 1920's or earlier.

Item: NP2-264

Price: $49.50 US

•••

Description: All Clear Rhinestone Dress Ornaments (Pair) - At least, I think these are dress ornaments; clip mechanism is type usually used on shoes?? but these seem too long and flexible for shoes. 3" long x 1/2" wide, silvertone setting, all rhinestone set. Geometric, almost deco looking, with small stones paste-set, and very elegant looking.

Item: ND2-288

Price: $39.50/pair US

•••

Description: Large Potmetal Rhinestone Bird Pin/Brooch - A well-known and sought after design in Super-Size, this fellow tops out at 5 1/4" x 1 5/8", and is curved in both body and tail to give it dimensionality. All clear rhinestone set, with a single light siam eye. Nice patina. I would guess that a few of the rhinestones have been replaced over the years but nothing jumps out at me; very mild yellowing of some of the stones. Probably from the 1930's if not earlier. Great piece.

Item: NP2-298

Price: $89.50 US

•••

Description: Medium Sized Potmetal Rhinestone Bird Pin/Brooch - Very similar to NP2-298, but smaller, at 4" x 1 1/4". Again, clear rhinestone set except for the light siam eye, this also has the curved body but the tail feathers are more flat. One stone looks like it is a replacement; again, very slight age appropriate yellowing of the clears. Not as much patina as the larger piece, very nice condition.

Item: NP2-299

Price: $64.50 US

•••

Description: Small Potmetal Rhinestone Bird Pin/Brooch - At 3" x 1", this is the smallest of the three. Slightly curved body, all clear rhinestone set, with a single dark siam rhinestone eye. Again, excellent condition. Why not buy all three and wear them as a set!

Item: NP2-300

Price: $44.50(small bird only) US

•••

Description: (The) Nov-e-line Bracelet in Green and Clear Rhinestones - For someone with a small wrist, as this is 6" wearable length, about 5/8" at center (widest) point. Done with emerald green colored baguettes and small round clears, this design is quite fascinating; clear set side links have a "dished out" design and the links give the effect of having been enameled, although they have not, it is simply the shadows created by the design. Back side shows a little metal wear, mostly on the signature link, but little to no wear on the top side. As per any 85 year old piece, some of the stones have darkened, but I think you will find any piece that has survived in this good of shape for that long will have many years of enjoyment left in it! Very pretty, circa 1920's.

Item: NB2-343

Price: $79.50 US

•••

Description: Child's GF Heart Locket Necklace Marked L.S. Co. Sweet piece, with both the clasp on the chain and the locket itself marked L.S. Co. (though the L is only partially struck on the locket.). Chain is quite fine, about 13" in length, and the locket is about 3/8" in both directions. Comes with original box, though as you can see from the pictures the corners of the pink box lid are broken. Locket and chain are in excellent condition, I bought this from the original owner and I believe she said she never wore it.

Item: NN2-324
